Shipping Policy

Delivery time & Shipping costs:

General Delivery Time: 2 - 5 working days.

We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. However, we are not always able to achieve this. Sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order can take a little longer. The product page contains an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

You place an order and complete the payment. At that time you will receive an automated order confirmation via email or SMS. It may end up in the spam folder. After your order has been made your package, you will receive a tracking email. If you have not received any emails or text messages, please check the spam folder. Or contact us.

The prices quoted do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

€ 2.95 for letterbox and postal packages.
Free for orders from € 150,-

Delivery takes place via the DPD postman or parcel deliverer. When the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link, where you can track your order. In general, the delivery will take place on a working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. You can also choose to pick up the package at a DPD point.
