Complete the returns form at the bottom of the page. Before you do so, we strongly recommend that you first check whether you are legally entitled to return your product. We will then contact you.
Sending a returns form is a requirement, otherwise we cannot process your return.

It may sometimes happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
I have provided an incorrect delivery address!
Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
Returns are NOT possible when:
- the consumer has repaired and/or edited the delivered products himself or has had them repaired and/or edited by third parties;
- the consumer no longer has the full contents of the order and/or it is incomplete, this also applies to the extras supplied with or on the product;
- the delivered products have been exposed to abnormal conditions or have otherwise been treated carelessly or are contrary to the instructions of the entrepreneur and/or have been treated on the packaging;
- the defect is wholly or partly the result of regulations that the government has imposed or will impose with regard to the nature or quality of the materials used.
Returns received outside the 14-day return period will be automatically returned to the sender.
