Sending a product back?

Fill in the return form at the bottom of the page. Before you do that, we strongly recommend that you first check whether you are legally valid to return your product.

Sending a return form is a requirement, otherwise we cannot process your return. The packing slip that you find with your order also serves as your return form.

It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at contact@jackimpala.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when you return it.

I have provided the wrong delivery address!

Accidentally entered the wrong delivery address? Then contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.

Returns are NOT possible when:

  • the consumer has repaired and/or modified the delivered products himself or had them repaired and/or modified by third parties;
  • the delivered products have been exposed to abnormal conditions or are otherwise carelessly treated or are contrary to the instructions of the entrepreneur and/or have been treated on the packaging;
  • the defect is wholly or partly the result of regulations that the government has set or will set with regard to the nature or quality of the materials used.

Returns received outside the return period of 14 days will be automatically returned to the sender.
